Modesto City Schools Health Services has partnered with St. Luke’s Family Practice to offer FREE routine childhood vaccines for eligible children up to age 19 through the Vaccines for Children (VFC) program.

The clinic will be open on August 10, 13, 17, 20, 24, and 27 from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM.
