Free Vaccine Clinics for Children & Teens

Modesto City Schools Health Services has partnered with St. Luke’s Family Practice to offer free vaccines through the Vaccines for Children (VFC) Program. This federal program provides routine childhood immunizations for eligible children and teens up to age 19 who are uninsured, underinsured, or eligible for Medicaid.

Vaccines available may include:

  • DTaP/Tdap

  • Hepatitis A & B

  • HPV

  • MMR

  • Polio

  • Chickenpox/Varicella

  • Influenza

  • COVID-19

Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are encouraged and may reduce wait times.

Immunization Resources for Families
Tuolumne families are reminded that Modesto City Schools follows the “No Shots, No School” policy. Community immunization clinics are available through Golden Valley Health Centers, Stanislaus County Immunization Clinic, and CVS Pharmacies. Families can use the QR codes provided in the flyer for additional health information, vaccine records, and appointment scheduling.

Important Reminder for Incoming 7th Grade Students
The Tdap vaccine (whooping cough shot) is required for all students entering 7th grade. Families are encouraged to schedule an appointment with their healthcare provider as soon as possible and keep a copy of their student’s immunization records. Additional vaccine information and records access are available through the resources provided in the flyer.
